Ecora Resources PLC has successfully completed its $10 million share buyback program, purchasing a total of 9,491,317 ordinary shares at an average price of 83.77 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, reducing the total number of shares with voting rights to 248,412,084. The buyback was executed on the London Stock Exchange through Peel Hunt LLP.
