Ecora Resources PLC has announced the transfer of 185,809 treasury shares to satisfy employee option exercises, including significant transactions by CEO Marc Bishop Lafleche and CFO Kevin Flynn. Both executives sold portions of their shares at approximately £0.746 each to cover associated income taxes. Following these transactions, Ecora Resources now has a total of 248,597,893 voting rights in the company.
