Ecora Resources Executes Share Buyback Plan

Ecora Resources (GB:ECOR) has released an update.

Ecora Resources PLC recently bought back 300,000 of its own shares as a part of its share repurchase program, with the transactions executed on the London Stock Exchange through Peel Hunt LLP. This action is in line with the plan announced on March 27, 2024, and the purchased shares will be held as treasury stock. Following the buyback, the total number of voting shares in Ecora stands at 249,556,897.
