Ecora Resources PLC has executed a share buyback, purchasing 176,224 ordinary shares, which will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company is 248,680,673 ordinary shares. The buyback is part of a previously announced programme, with shares bought at a volume weighted average price of 83.65 pence each.
