Ecopetrol S.A. has announced a cash tender offer to purchase all of its outstanding 5.375% Notes due in 2026, as detailed in its Offer to Purchase dated October 8, 2024. This offer is contingent on the concurrent closure of a satisfactory new notes offering, which is expected to fund the total consideration plus accrued interest. The tender offer is set to expire on October 15, 2024, with settlement anticipated for October 18, 2024.
