Ecopetrol S.A. has announced its 2024 earnings distribution proposal, approved by its board of directors, to be considered at the General Shareholders’ Meeting on March 28, 2025. The proposal includes a dividend payout of 58.9% of net income, equating to COP 214 per share, with payments to minority shareholders scheduled for April and June 2025, and to the majority shareholder by the end of December 2025. Additionally, the board recommends allocating COP 16.6 trillion to an occasional reserve to ensure financial sustainability and strategic flexibility, reflecting the company’s commitment to maintaining robust financial health and operational agility.
