Ecopetrol SA (EC) has released an update.
Ecopetrol S.A. has announced significant changes to its senior management, including the appointment of David Alfredo Riaño Alarcón and Camilo Barco Muñoz as alternate legal and commercial representatives, and Cristina Toro Restrepo as an alternate legal representative. Nicolás Azcuénaga Ramírez will depart as Corporate Vice President of Strategy and New Businesses on September 15, 2024, and Julián Lemos Valero will serve as the acting vice president starting September 16. The company has expressed gratitude towards Nicolás for his impactful contributions and wishes him success in future endeavors.
