Ecolomondo Shareholders Approve Resolutions, Elect New Directors

Ecolomondo Corporation (TSE:ECM) has released an update.

Ecolomondo Corporation recently held its Annual General Meeting, where shareholders unanimously approved all proposed resolutions, including the election of eight board members, re-appointment of auditors, and a stock option plan. Two new board members, the Honourable Christian Paradis and Michael Frankel, were voted in, bringing expertise from government and business advisory backgrounds, respectively. The meeting also featured a presentation by CEO Gary Economo highlighting the company’s technology and future vision.
