Ecolomondo Corporation has announced an extension and a significant reduction in the exercise price of its September 2021 warrants. The warrants’ expiry date has been extended by two years, and the exercise price may be reduced from $1.00 to $0.24, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval. Additionally, the warrants may expire sooner if the company’s share price maintains a certain level over a consecutive trading period.
