Ecofibre Advanced Technologies Inc. has announced the resignation of its President, Jeff Bruner, following the recent appointment of John Foley as the interim CEO. Foley, who has an esteemed background in private equity and advanced manufacturing, will be overseeing the smooth transition of leadership and focusing on achieving the company’s financial goals. Meanwhile, Ecofibre is actively defending a lawsuit involving Bruner, asserting that the claims against them are baseless.
