Ecoener SAU announces the successful approval of both individual and consolidated annual accounts for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, during their Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held electronically on June 20, 2024. The resolutions, which include the approval of the management report and other comprehensive financial statements, were passed with the required majorities as proposed by the Board of Directors.
