ECN Capital Announces Upcoming Preferred Dividend

ECN Capital (TSE:ECN) has released an update.

ECN Capital Corp. has declared a quarterly preferred share dividend of C$0.4960625 per Series C share, payable on April 1, 2024, to shareholders on record as of March 22, 2024. The dividend by the business services provider, with managed assets of US$4.8 billion, is eligible for tax purposes under Canada’s Income Tax Act. ECN Capital specializes in managing and advising on credit assets for North American financial institutions.
