Eckoh Secures £2.25m from Patent Dispute Settlement

Eckoh plc (GB:ECK) has released an update.

Eckoh plc, a global provider of Customer Engagement Data Security Solutions, has announced the successful settlement of a historic patent dispute, resulting in a payment of £2.25m to the company. This sum covers the majority of Eckoh’s legal costs incurred during the two-and-a-half-year arbitration process. The settlement also ensures that Eckoh will not face any future litigation from the competitor concerning the patent family in question.
