ECIT AS and Olympus BidCo AS have agreed to extend the deadline for finalizing the terms of a voluntary offer to acquire ECIT’s B and C class shares to August 30, 2024. This extension is to allow time for securing long-form financing agreements with a reputable lender. The offer details will be published once all conditions are met or waived by the Offeror.
