ECIT AS Extends Acquisition Offer Deadline

ECIT AS (DE:3CZ) has released an update.

ECIT AS has agreed with Olympus BidCo AS to extend the deadline for the conditions of their voluntary acquisition offer until 6 September 2024. The offer document detailing terms will be published once conditions are met or waived by the Offeror. ECIT, which provides accounting, payroll, and IT services, has grown significantly through acquisitions, boasting a revenue of 3.7 billion NOK and over 2,600 employees across ten countries.
