ECIT AS has expanded its presence in western Norway by acquiring a 56% stake in Kjederegnskap og Rådgivning AS, a company specializing in accounting and payroll services based in Sandnes with 12 employees and 18.4 MNOK in revenue. The acquisition aligns with ECIT’s growth strategy, which includes over 135 acquisitions since its founding in 2013. CEO Peter Lauring extends a warm welcome to the new customers and employees joining from Kjederegnskap og Rådgivning AS.
