EchoIQ Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting for shareholders to be held at 10:00 am on 12 November 2024, at Suite 2.114, 477 Pitt Street, Sydney. Shareholders will not receive hard copies of the meeting materials unless requested, as these will be available electronically via the company’s and ASX’s websites. Proxies must be submitted electronically 48 hours before the meeting, and voting eligibility is determined as of 7:00 pm on 10 November 2024.
