Echo Energy Shareholders Approve Equity Issue and Rebrand

Echo Energy (GB:ECHO) has released an update.

Echo Energy PLC, now renamed Nativo Resources plc, announced successful shareholder approval of all resolutions at their General Meeting, including the issuance of equity and a name change. The company is set to issue over 4 billion Conditional Placing Shares and accompanying warrants, with trading expected to commence on AIM shortly. Echo Energy, transitioning into Nativo Resources, is gearing up for initial gold production in September at the Tesoro Gold Concession in Peru, with further funding anticipated to expand operations.
