Echo Energy Expands Share Capital

Echo Energy (GB:ECHO) has released an update.

Echo Energy PLC has issued over 1.6 billion new ordinary shares at a price of 0.0027 pence each, following a conversion notice for £45,000 in outstanding loan notes. The company expects these shares to start trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange by July 11, 2024. Post-issue, Echo Energy’s total voting rights in the company will be 20,353,390,222, with all shares having equal voting rights.
