Echo Energy Expands into Peru’s Gold Sector

Echo Energy (GB:ECHO) has released an update.

Echo Energy PLC has entered a 50:50 joint venture in Peru, targeting early gold and silver mining revenues by Q4 2024 through its subsidiary and local partner Boku Resources SAC. The venture will focus on establishing artisanal mining operations and remediation of tailings deposits, with Echo committing up to $750,000 over 18 months. Echo Energy’s strategic move aims to leverage Peru’s prolific gold and silver production, with potential for significant resource estimates and environmental benefits.
