Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc has announced the immediate appointment of Maria Darby-Walker as a non-executive director, bringing her extensive marketing and corporate reputation expertise to the company. Darby-Walker holds senior roles at Personal Group Holdings plc and Redwood Bank Ltd, and previously served as a director for the now-winding-down Amigo Holdings plc.
