EC World Real Estate Investment Trust has announced updates on its financial and legal situation, including negotiations with lenders for refinancing or restructuring its facilities, and ongoing lawsuits to revoke unauthorized mortgages. The Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited granted the trust an extension until July 31, 2024, to hold its annual general meeting, with the condition of providing monthly progress reports.
