EC World Real Estate Investment Trust has received a waiver from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, allowing it to extend the deadline for its annual general meeting until July 31, 2024. This waiver is contingent upon EC World REIT providing monthly updates on the refinancing and/or restructuring of its existing facilities, as well as negotiations with lenders regarding certain prepayment and divestment conditions.
