EC World Real Estate Investment Trust has announced a re-designation of its directors, with Mr. Zhang Guobiao stepping down as Chairman due to personal health reasons but remaining as a Non-Executive Director. In his stead, Mr. Chan Heng Wing will serve as the acting chairman from 17 August 2024. The changes come amidst continuity in the company’s Nominating and Remuneration Committee.
