EC Healthcare has appointed Mrs. Leung Yang, Shih Ti Marianne as a non-executive director, effective December 27, 2024. Mrs. Leung brings extensive experience from her leadership role at PathLab Medical Laboratories, a subsidiary of the company. Her appointment comes as the company aims to enhance its gender diversity on the board.
