EC Healthcare has announced its upcoming annual general meeting to be held on August 23, 2024, in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, where it will present its audited financial statements, re-elect directors, and re-appoint auditors. The meeting will also involve a resolution to authorize the board of directors to issue additional shares and to make or grant related offers and options, subject to certain conditions and limitations. This includes a stipulation that the total number of shares issued shall not exceed 20% of the total number of shares in issue at the time of passing the resolution.
