EC Healthcare has announced the successful passing of all proposed resolutions during their Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on August 23, 2024, with a 61.4% attendance of shareholding votes. The approvals include the adoption of audited financial statements, re-election of executives and independent non-executive directors, and the reappointment of Ernst & Young as the company’s auditors. All resolutions received 100% votes in favor, except for one independent non-executive director who received 99.7543% approval.
