EBOS Group Limited has announced a full-year distribution for its ordinary shares, accompanied by a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) with a 2.5% discount. Shareholders on record as of August 30, 2024, will receive the distribution on September 18, 2024, with a total cash distribution of NZD $0.61500000 per share from retained earnings. The DRP will issue new shares based on the Volume Weighted Average Sales Price determined between September 2 and September 6, 2024.
