On August 27, 2025, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund II appointed Scott E. Wennerholm as the new Chairperson for a four-year term. This appointment follows the interim leadership of Susan J. Sutherland, who served as acting Chairperson since August 9, 2025, after the passing of the former Chairperson.
