On August 27, 2025, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Opportunities Fund appointed Scott E. Wennerholm as the new Chairperson for a four-year term. This appointment follows the interim leadership of Susan J. Sutherland, who took over on August 9, 2025, after the passing of the former Chairperson.
