On August 9, 2025, Mark R. Fetting, the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for Eaton Vance Municipal Bond Fund, unexpectedly passed away. Following his passing, Susan J. Sutherland has taken over as the acting Chairperson, and the Board has reduced its size from ten to nine members as of August 12, 2025.
