On August 27, 2025, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Municipal Income 2028 Term Trust appointed Scott E. Wennerholm as the new Chairperson for a four-year term. This appointment follows the interim leadership of Susan J. Sutherland, who took over after the previous Chairperson’s passing earlier in August 2025.
