Eaton Announces Senior VP Controller Resignation and Successor

Eaton (ETN) has issued an update.

Daniel R. Hopgood has announced his resignation from his role as Senior Vice President and Controller at Eaton, effective May 10, 2024, to explore a new opportunity. Adam A. Wadecki, with an extensive financial leadership background including positions at General Electric and W.W. Grainger, Inc., will take over the position. Wadecki’s compensation will align with Eaton’s executive plans, and his appointment involves no conflicts of interest or related party transactions. Eaton has formally introduced Wadecki as the successor in a press release.
