EasyJet Announces Planned CEO Transition

EasyJet Plc (GB:EZJ) has released an update.

EasyJet Plc has announced a CEO succession plan, with current CEO Johan Lundgren set to depart in early 2025 after seven years at the helm. He will be succeeded by Kenton Jarvis, the current CFO, who joined the company in 2021 and is fully committed to the company’s future. The transition aims for a smooth handover, ensuring continuity and execution of the airline’s strategic financial targets.
