To fill the resulting gaps, the company appointed Dr. Gong Zhaolong and Ms. To Sau Man as new independent non-executive directors, with Dr. Gong bringing nearly three decades of pharmaceutical and regulatory experience and leadership roles at 3D Medicines Inc. and other listed biopharmaceutical companies. Alongside changes to the board and key committee compositions, the company also implemented changes to its company secretary, financial controller, authorised representatives and process agent, and secured a waiver related to minimum public float requirements, followed by the restoration of its public float—moves that collectively aim to stabilise governance, reinforce regulatory compliance and support the company’s standing in the Hong Kong capital market.
