Eastfield Resources (TSE:ETF) has released an update.
Eastfield Resources Ltd. is set to raise $150,000 through a non-brokered private placement, offering units at $0.025 each, to fund its Zymo Project exploration and bolster working capital. Each unit includes a common share and a purchase warrant, with warrants allowing the acquisition of additional shares at $0.05 for two years post-closure. The placement is pending formal documentation and regulatory approval, including from TSX Venture Exchange.
