Eastern Platinum Limited has successfully commenced the initial phase of the Zandfontein underground operations at its Crocodile River Mine, now fully operational and set to increase mining operations with a target of 40,000 tons per month by end of 2024. This significant development is part of the company’s broader efforts to capitalize on the Bushveld Complex’s rich PGM resources in South Africa, with the first batch of run-of-mine processing slated for Q2 2024.
