East West Petroleum Corp. announced the re-election of key directors and welcomed Giacomo Grassi to its Board at their recent Annual General Meeting. Grassi brings a wealth of experience in investment and real estate management. The company also ratified a stock option plan allowing the grant of options up to 10% of its shares.
