East West Petroleum Corp. has announced a cash distribution to its shareholders as a return of capital, amounting to $0.03 per share, totaling $2,714,569.95. Shareholders of record as of September 5, 2024, will receive their share of the distribution through a cheque or via their intermediaries. The distribution follows a shareholder-approved capital reduction and will involve reclassification and exchange of common shares without requiring further action from shareholders.
