East Buy Holding Limited, trading as stock code 1797, has announced a significant transaction involving the sale of 100% equity interest in a consolidated affiliated entity for RMB76,585,460. The deal, considered both a discloseable and connected transaction under the Listing Rules, has been approved by the Board and is exempt from certain shareholder approval requirements due to its adherence to normal commercial terms. An independent valuation was conducted to determine the fairness of the deal, which will be paid in two instalments.
