East 33 Limited has officially recommended that its shareholders accept the off-market takeover offer from Yumbah Aquaculture Limited. This endorsement comes after the Target’s Statement and an Independent Expert’s Report were lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). The documents will be distributed to shareholders electronically or in hard copy, starting September 11, 2024.
