Earthworks Industries Inc. has announced their application to the TSX Venture Exchange for a one-year extension on 2.3 million share purchase warrants. These warrants, which allow holders to purchase company shares at $0.30 each, were initially set to expire on September 21, 2024, and with the proposed extension, will be valid until September 21, 2025.
