Earths Energy has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in two geothermal energy companies, Volt Geothermal Pty Ltd and Within Energy Pty Ltd, with projects in South Australia and Queensland. The company’s focus will be on exploring and developing geothermal resources, leveraging existing infrastructure such as powerlines and substations. Additionally, Earths Energy has updated its Securities Trading Policy to ensure fair trading practices and maintain its reputation.
