Earths Energy Director Ups Shareholding

Cradle Resources Limited (AU:EE1) has released an update.

Director Grant Davey of Earths Energy Limited has increased his holdings through an off-market transfer, acquiring an additional 2,500,000 ordinary shares at a valuation of $50,000, bringing his total ownership to 53,850,000 ordinary shares, with 10 million unquoted options remaining unchanged. This change in the director’s interest has been disclosed to the ASX in compliance with listing rules and corporate regulations.
