EarthLabs Inc. has introduced an Advance Notice By-law to streamline the process for shareholder director nominations, setting clear deadlines and requiring detailed nominee information. The new by-law aims to ensure shareholders are well-informed to vote effectively and will be subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting. The by-law is consistent with practices of other Canadian public companies and is currently in effect pending ratification.
