Earth Alive Confirms New Directors and Interim CFO

Earth Alive Clean Technologies (TSE:EAC) has released an update.

Earth Alive Clean Technologies has successfully elected all director nominees from the 2024 management proxy circular at its Annual General Meeting, with over 41% of common shares participating. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the election of directors, the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors, and confirmed the Company’s Stock Option Plan. Additionally, the company has appointed David Montpetit as interim CFO through Finalytics.
