EARNZ plc, an energy services company focused on global decarbonisation, has announced an update on its trading application to AIM, revising the total number of shares for Re-Admission and Admission to 102,206,397. The adjustment reflects changes in the number of Existing Ordinary Shares, EIS and VCT Ordinary Shares, Initial Consideration Shares, Bob Holt Loan Conversion Shares, and Non-EIS and VCT Placing Shares. Shareholder approval is pending for the re-admission and admission, which will be addressed at a general meeting scheduled for 27 August 2024.
