EARNZ plc, an energy services acquisition company, has successfully raised approximately £2.05 million through a placing of new ordinary shares at 7.5 pence each. The placing was conducted via an accelerated bookbuild by Shore Capital Stockbrokers and Zeus Capital, with notable participation from company directors and major shareholder Gresham House. The funding is conditional on shareholder resolutions at an upcoming General Meeting, with the directors unanimously recommending approval.
