Verditek Plc ( (GB:EARN) ) has provided an update.
Earnz plc has launched a retail share offer in the UK via the BookBuild platform, seeking to raise up to £0.5 million through the issuance of up to 10 million new ordinary shares at 5.0 pence each, a small discount to the recent market price. The offer is open only to existing UK retail shareholders who apply through participating intermediaries, with a minimum subscription of £100 and no maximum, and is intended to provide additional working capital for the enlarged group following a concurrent institutional placing.
The retail offer is conditional on shareholder approval of fundraising resolutions at a 30 March 2026 general meeting and on admission of the new shares to trading on AIM, expected around 31 March 2026. By inviting existing small investors to participate alongside institutions, Earnz aims to reinforce its retail shareholder base while securing incremental funding to support its growth and decarbonisation-focused strategy.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:EARN) stock is a Hold with a £5.50 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Verditek Plc stock, see the GB:EARN Stock Forecast page.
