EARNZ Executive Chairman Buys More Shares

EARNZ plc, an energy services company focused on global decarbonisation, has disclosed share transactions by its Executive Chairman Bob Holt, who increased his stake in the company by purchasing 178,214 ordinary shares. In a related transaction, Angela Burnett, closely associated with Holt, sold all her ordinary shares. These transactions have resulted in Holt’s beneficial interest reaching approximately 10.27% of the company’s issued share capital.
